This Mt. Orab home had an aging shingle roof that had simply run its course. The old shingles were worn, the gutters were outdated, and the whole exterior just wasn't doing the house any favors. That's exactly the kind of situation we love stepping into.
We pulled everything off and installed a sleek black standing seam metal roof across the entire home - including the covered front porch section and the garage. The panel lines are clean and consistent from every angle. Up close or from the sky, the installation is tight and precise. That's not an accident. That's what we hold ourselves to on every job.
Along with the new roof, we installed 6-inch seamless gutters and replaced all the downspouts. Gutters that size handle a significantly higher volume of water runoff compared to standard 5-inch systems - which matters a lot on a home with this much roofline. Everything was finished in black to match, keeping the look sharp and cohesive.
A metal roof like this one is built to outlast shingles by decades. No more worrying about granule loss, lifting tabs, or scheduling another replacement in 15 years. Combined with properly sized gutters, this home is set up to shed water fast and stay protected through whatever Ohio weather throws at it.
We're proud of this one. The contrast of the black roof against the white siding is striking, and the whole exterior feels like a completely different home. Our crew was on the roof working through every detail to make sure it came out right - and it did.
