The roof is done in West Union - and this one came out sharp. Clean charcoal shingles laid out across the full roof deck, ridge cap running straight the length of the peak, and ridge vents installed to keep airflow where it needs to be. Solid work top to bottom.
This was a full residential roofing job, not just a patch or a repair. When a roof needs to be replaced, there's no cutting corners on the install. Every course of shingles has to be laid tight and consistent, and the ridge line has to be dialed in - because that's where most problems start if the work isn't done right.
We're not done with this property either. Siding and gutters are up next, plus a cedar-wrapped porch that's going to look incredible once it's finished. Stay tuned - the completion photos are coming and the full exterior is going to be worth the wait.
A new roof isn't just about looks. It's the first line of defense for everything underneath it. Getting it installed correctly - with proper ventilation, clean valleys, and tight ridge work - is what separates a roof that lasts from one that causes headaches down the road.
