This Piketon home needed serious attention from top to bottom. The gutters were packed solid with years of decomposed leaves and debris - the kind of buildup that backs water up under your roofline and quietly causes damage you won't notice until it's a much bigger problem. On top of that, the old shingles were well past their useful life, and the soffit and fascia had seen better days.

We tore everything off and started fresh. That meant pulling the old shingles, replacing the decking underneath, and laying down a complete new roof. When the decking is compromised, you can't just shingle over it and call it done - that's a shortcut that costs homeowners more in the long run. Doing it right from the ground up is the only way we know how to work.

Once the roof was solid, we installed all-new 6-inch seamless black gutters and downspouts, along with black soffit and fascia to tie the whole exterior together. The detail work matters here. Seamless gutters eliminate the joints where leaks typically start, and properly sized gutters handle water volume the right way - routing it away from the foundation instead of dumping it against the house.

We also took care of an exterior home wash to clean up the siding, and painted the porch and window trim black to give the curb appeal a clean, sharp finish. It's the kind of work where every piece supports the next - a protected roof, functioning gutters, and a fresh exterior that actually looks like it belongs together.

The difference between before and after on this one is hard to miss. What was a neglected, worn-out exterior is now a home that's protected and put-together. That's what a full-scope job looks like when every trade is handled by the same crew that actually cares about the finished product.
