This one started with a bad offer. The homeowner's insurance company came back with a minor repair approval - not nearly enough to address what was actually going on with this roof. That's where we stepped in.

We went to work with the insurance company directly. Documented everything, pushed back on the initial assessment, and got the full roof replacement approved and paid for. The whole process took just a few weeks. The homeowner didn't have to fight that battle alone.

For the install, we used GAF Barkwood shingles - a warm, earthy tone that sits really well on this brick ranch-style home. You can see how clean and consistent the finished surface looks across the full plane of the roof. The ridge cap is tight, the vents are neatly integrated, and the underlayment we laid down before the shingles went on gives this roof a serious moisture barrier underneath it all.

Here's the thing most homeowners don't realize - insurance companies aren't always going to volunteer the best outcome for you. A repair offer on a roof that actually needs a full replacement is something we see more often than you'd think. Knowing how to document damage correctly and communicate with adjusters is half the job.

The result here is a brand new GAF roof that the homeowner didn't pay out of pocket for. That's not luck - that's knowing the process and seeing it through.
